Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric 848358-SY parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Renishaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Renco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Renishaw such as the M2033099103 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2GC21003 manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 79020012J by Manufacturer Renco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rexroth Brand 608830238 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexnord such as 106E11 equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 72L13370002 made by Reo as well as the popular M1312033A03M1344369J03 original spares produced by Renold

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0608800064 by Rexroth and 106E11 spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original REOVIB514 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reo.
